PreciSpine

Spine endoscopic instruments

Precision, inside.

The handle

Kerrison handle PS-KH: a notched rotation wheel, a hexagonal nose and a pivoting grip, all in machined metal.

The shaft

PreciSpine Kerrison shafts come in four outer diameters, 3.5, 4, 5 and 6 mm, each at 260 or 350 mm working length.

The distal end

A fixed footplate and a sliding upper member. Everything upstream exists to place this geometry.

Taken apart

Handle, coupling, shaft and slider separate along the axis they assemble on, then go back together.

Squeeze and rotate

The grip drives the slider toward the footplate. The wheel turns the shaft relative to the handle. Drag across the screen to turn the shaft, or hold the button to squeeze.

The tip library

Ten distal geometries from the PreciSpine range, enlarged far beyond life size.

One system.
Multiple precision instruments.

Working length and outer diameter

Every family comes at 260 and 350 mm working length. Hand instruments come in 3 or 4 mm OD, disc forceps in 3.5 or 4 mm, Kerrison shafts from 3.5 to 6 mm.

In context

An illustrative view of the instrument, its distal tip and an access path toward the anatomical field. It does not depict a specific surgical technique.

Endoscopic view

A circular field, one light source, and the working end entering it. Illustrative only.

The PreciSpine system

Eight instrument families and 45 catalogue articles, including the Kerrison handle.
